I had some jewellery that I was given resized, an existing ring remodeled and some pieces repaired and the quality of the workmanship was exceptional. I will be using them again and again.
I had several rings that I had inherited re-sized and felt that the service was excellent. They even repaired a chain on a bracelet without charge. I have recommended this Jeweller to many friends.

to the bad review, I don't believe your a customer of ours , we would not make a mistake on both rings that you would have to have fixed elsewhere , it doesn't happen we are good at what we do.

Hi Daniel, I was a customer of yours & have bank receipt to prove it. You removed the diamond setting & failed to return the setting to the original design. You left solder on the dress ring & failed to repair the claws correctly. When I returned to you some 10mins later after inspecting these, Kurt said you are fussy & then called out to you in German to serve me. Fussy? No. Particular yes. When entrusting you with the level of care & service supposedly on offer but received none hence needing to go to another jeweller for them to fix your mistakes.
E-ring & dress ring repairs left both never the same. Had to take them elsewhere to fix mistakes. NEVER AGAIN
I highly doubt you were a customer, based on your last reviews you seem to dislike a lot of jewellery stores. Let me guess... you own one? I've had multiple rings repaired and designed by Kurt Seifert Jewellers, even had friends go because of how good there work is! they are amazing with amazing skills.
