We came to Kyneton Bakery on a Sunday afternoon for lunch, and it was very busy. After negotiating the ticketing system and patiently waiting our turn, we were served by a very surly staff member who did not smile, and seemed as though everything we asked for was a major issue.
I had to wait for my toasted sandwich to be brought out. By the time it arrived, it was sadly lukewarm at best.
Our chocolate milkshake was completely forgotten, and we had to chase down a staff member to bring it out for us.
On the up side, they have a change table in the disabled toilet, and clean high chairs available for young families.
Jelly slice was delicious, but I would not return as the service was poor.
