Our split system stopped working...called them and their prompt reply was appreciated. They came and after a bit of investigation found that 2 large green frogs had caused the fault and fried in the box. Although it cost us I was happy with the service supplied. Had to wait a while for the part though.

Our ducted air conditioning all of a sudden stopped heating in the mornings and when these guys came out to look at it they had the problem fixed within the first 5 minutes. The guy drilled a couple of holes in the bottom of the outdoor system to let out the water that was accumulating and then freezing and it was fixed. I was ready for a bad diagnosis and a huge repair bill but he only charged us the small call out fee and everyone was happy. Great to do business with. Very friendly and also honest. Highly recommend!
