My dad would take all of his cars that needed repairing 30 of yeats on now the only repairer I recommend to anyone and use myself, honest , will go above and beyond to achieve the highest of quality and best result and reception is always on the ball and communicating closely with whoever even management !!

Was referred to L & M Smash repairs though NRMA and they completed extensive repairs to my Mazda 3. As I work full time, need my car for work and collecting kids, I picked the car up in a hurry, happy initially with the job done (ie I could drive it!). 10 months later and I needed to sell my car and noticed that the hood of the car was not flush with the rest of the bumper and went back to ask if they could help. Spoke with MD Daniel who was ever so helpful. He was keen to do everything he could to ensure that car was perfect, even after such a long period of time from when I initially collected the car. One day's work was all it took and the car is looking good as new. Not only that but they cleaned it inside and out which was a complete surprise to me and very helpful as now it's in fantastic shape for sale! Was recommended as a good repairer as opposed to one in the next suburb. It felt good initially speaking with them. But after giving the car for repairs it went all down hill. Was told a couple of days but had to chase them up for over a week. Without a definite answer I escalated the issue and only then did I get a response. Even then the work was badly done, bumper was falling off the door wasn't fitted properly and when I gave in for re repairs. It was back to square one, has to approve it won't take more than a day. I'm still chasing them up and this time. Don't waste your time giving your car to them

Great experience from Garry, Dan and the boys at L&M. There were some part delay issues which was beyond their control, but i had been kept in the loop and updated with progress. When the parts were available, the repairs were carried out promptly and my car looked great. I will be letting my family and friends know. Thanks!
