This beautiful spa just recently changed owner and have new beautiful facials, the staff is very helpful and professional. Totally recommended.

The staff in charge was rude. My husband bought me a voucher as a gift. However they always claim to be too busy & I was unable to redeem the services offered. The voucher has now expired. They refused to extend or to honour the voucher. Simply feel ripped off.

At the prices charged you'd expect something special, but this was easily the worst treatment I ever had. They were rude and the treatment felt rushed. Spend your money somewhere where they don't act like they're doing you a favour.

Beware! They are all sugar and spice on the phone but their services are poor quality. There are plenty of fantastic beauticians in Mosman and this is not one of them. Go somewhere else!

I bought a gift voucher for my mums birthday 6 weeks ago and they have refused to honour the gift voucher. Never go to this place, they were very rude. Talk about unprofessional!
