Booked a facial for x2 at the same time, we didn't realise it but pretty sure it was the same lady going between both rooms, therefore i was left alone for long periods.
The treatments were not applied delicately or with any finesse, and the end moisturising cream was slapped on my whole face, including all over the eye area - basic beauty 101 is to have a specific cream for the eye area.
When i went to leave, i said to the lady on the front desk that i didnt enjoy the facial, it wasn't very good. She just kinda shrugged and i felt that the attitude was 'never mind'. I said i was surprised that she wasn't interested in my feedback as to why I didn't enjoy it, that i had expected her to check what was wrong.
I would not go there for facial treatments or recommend this business.

Subsequently, the manager of the shop called me (unsolicited) to find out what had happened and to apologise - she offered a full refund also. Which was all very unexpected.

You have purchased a online deal for $45 for two facials.. And I was told by my staff you weren't satisfy with your experience and I attended to it promptly. We run a very small family business and customers satisfactory is important. So I have no hesitation with your feedback and given you a full refund straight away. In regard to all our facial treatment, Usually when it's steaming time or mask time we always leave client alone to relax.
