Had my toddlers first haircut with this salon on a Saturday afternoon.. My husband took him and the hairdresser was great with him even though he was moving constantly.. Staff wasn't able to cut it as short as needed and said that if I thought more needed to come off to come back the next week and they would fix it.. It was still in his eyes and he was going to be in a wedding party the following week so when I called and asked to have the same hairdresser on the following Saturday or Sunday to just take a bit more off the fringe I was told that the management said that they cant do kids on weekends and that if they did they would charge me $30 instead of $10. Ummm ok so thats rude and its 3 customers (my family that normally all get their haircuts done here) that won't be back to that salon.. I always thought it too expensive for the service you got anyway!!!

Jess at La Bionda Winston hills is the best. She always cuts mine and my wife's hair and gets it perfect every time. This place is not my local hairdresser any more as I've moved to the other end of Sydney, but still come all the way just to get my cut.

Very disgusted and appalled. Went to la bionda to have a change of colour & they embarrassed me by telling me I was infested with head lice because they didn't want to do my hair from red to brown. I left red faced. I went straight to other salon, told them what happened & what I wanted to have done & they were more than happy to accommodate me & I walked with exactly what I wanted for $100 as apposed to my quote @ la bionda STARTING FROM $280. Guarantee myself, my family & friends will never even go near that place.

Horrible experience. Two days before my father's funeral and they have done a really poor job of my hair. The cut is crooked at the back, the foils are all but invisible and the front is totally different to what I had asked them to do. When those in charge were made aware of the mistakes they asked me to come back when they weren't so busy to fix it. Umm, no I'm kind of tied up with organising funeral matters thank you! So they tried to patch it up and that is exactly what it looks like, patches! And for this they have charged me TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS!! After years of patronage I will never set foot in their door again. Thank you so much for adding to my distress at this time!

I've finally found a fantastic local hair salon. This place is great - genuine, friendly and highly professional staff who know their stuff, which is a rarity these days. I've been to many hair salons over the years but La Bionda at Winston Hills is by far the best establishment. I've been a client of theirs for a few years now and can't see myself ever going anywhere else.
