Food was tasty but didn't seem overly fresh. Tasted like it had been reheated. Service was fine and value for money was pretty good. Glad to see another Mexican option in Ballarat

Definitely will have to return to La Casa Mexicana in Ballarat. My family visit Ballarat as part of the Polocrosse season each year and we are very pleased to have found such a quality restaurant. We purchased take-away food and next time will stay and eat-in. The food was great, the staff friendly and the restaurant was very busy - always a good sign.

Excellent service. Was fantastic value with the 50% off deal on both mains and superglass Margaritas. Serving sizes are a fair bit smaller than Zaragosa, so if I was paying full menu price it wouldn't have been great value. We will keep going back as long as they have deals though.

Pretty decent Mexican food, all the usual dishes and a good selection of drinks. Not as spicy as I like but easily fixed with some jalapenos.

La Casa is one of the best when it comes to mexican food, with great service & value. Our meals were delicious and we weren't kept waiting too long after we ordered which is important when dining with kids. We will certainly be going back again!

The service was better than most places and the food was excellent.
All meals were presented wonderfully and I was quite impressed with the size of the meal for the price; good quality also.
The color scheme and interior design was well suited to the Mexican theme however dissatisfying in comparison to the food.
Le casa is a great Mexican restaurant for anyone feeling for a great value meal for an excellent price. Will definitely be going back soon.

I have been to La Casa Mexicana many times, each time taking someone different who I have previously recommended it to.

Every time I go the owner greets me by name upon arrival, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and the majority of the time they look after us even if it isn't happy hour! By far one of the best mexican restaurants I have been to.

Commenting from the meals I have had myself and have seen others have they are all very well presented, are served in generous amounts and come out while they are still hot. The meals have always been delicious and full of flavour. Not an average item on the menu in my opinion.

The ambiance of the restaurant itself is very welcoming, traditional mexican colour scheme, paintings and decor that also compliment the setting. Plenty of room between the tables and chairs so you dont feel cluttered.

I highly recommend La Casa Mexicana to anyone looking for a quality meal with great service and I will certainly be going back myself.

Service is always great here. Food was hot ( temperature ) like it should be. Staff is always friendly . Be careful of the 'mild' salsa ... It still packs a punch !!
