My boyfriend and I went here to try somewhere new because we love Italian food (who doesn't?). We both had simple spaghetti bolognaise and it was great. They make the pasta from scratch and it had a very rich flavour, and extremely fresh. We liked it so much we ordered pizza from there the following night. In saying that, the service was kind of lacking - there was a lot of business men and women and we felt we were being overlooked so that they could get the best service.

Approximate cost: $25.00

This restaurant near the bus stop in Kingston was established in 1986. It is a Kingston favourite with the political crowd and always busy from Tues-Thurs during parliament weeks. We recommend the Antipasto plate for two at $25.90 with a selection of cold meats, vegetables and cheeses. The pastas are reasonably priced at below $19 for Spaghetti Bolgonese, Spaghetti Meatballs, and Spaghetti Puttanesca with anchovey, oregano, capers, olives and Napoli sauce (my favourite). This is a family restaurant which will be handed down generation to generation.

The anti pasto was olives and fetta "served out of the punnet" to quote the great australian film. I could've gone to woolies and bought the same for 1/2 the price. Mains weren't much better.
