La Gerbe D'or

Great French brunch here. Food is amazing, try the big breakfast and their bowl (really) of hot chocolate. Their cakes are also a delight especially the hazelnut mousse one. Service is very laid back so plan to be there for a very long time. The seating inside the shop is unbearable warm but it is beautiful outside.

this is one of my favourite french bakeries in sydney. the cakes are sooo yummy and fresh bread is crusty and excellent. the service can be so so at times but the food is devine. a great day on the french bastille every year where they make cassoulet and the french community hang out
