This business claims to ship within days but in reality they take your money and then won't ship your order. I've been chasing for weeks now and get vague updates at best. I've asked for a refund and their customer service is just being evasive. If you google reviews for La Luna pet care you will find there are hundreds of cases like mine. La Luna cannot be trusted.

Do not order from this business! They will take your money & not send your items. After weeks & weeks of chasing up & getting different excuses I have asked for a refund & now they won’t reply! If you call you only speak to a foreign virtual assistant who can only email the warehouse, you can’t actually speak to anyone. Avoid!
