I went to La Patite recently while visiting from out of state. I'm very used to paying triple what I did for a cut here, which was a nice surprise. They were on time, I was in the chair within minutes of my appointment time, and they were friendly. The cut was simple and easy to do, but I'm very happy with it as far as a trim goes, the hairdresser listened to what I wanted. Clean salon and friendly staff. Thanks Hannah!

Well, I'm booked in to have my wedding hair done, so I'll give you an honest review. As for the booking process, very pleased - nice, courteous, friendly & very helpful... I'm used to Sydney stylists & professionalism but I've generally been a tad disappointed around here, so I'm hoping they'll be good and I'll be able to stop searching... *fingers-crossed*

La Patite Hair Nail and Beauty Salon Raymond Terrace is the best Salon I have ever been to so far. Their professionalism, friendly atmoshere and staff, quality products and treatments are very attractive. The staff are very polite, outgoing and nothing is a problem. From my experience the customer always comes first. Although the staff always are busy they seem to be able to fit me in without a bother or hasle which is very reliable. The Salons clean and tidy premises is also worth a mention. The staff are very professional in their manner and the way they have a conversation with me, they always keep the conversations at that professioanl level. La Patite's competive prcies are also very attractive especially for the high level of service you receive. I Certainly will be going back to La Patite for future treatments and I recommend you do also.

WARNING: DO NOT TRY LA PATITE HAIR! Very unprofessional service. Got there on time for my appointment only to be made to wait 40 mins because they were "so busy" when they only had two other customers in the salon. When I sat in the chair and told Leigh/ Lee what I wanted she was very rude and said "That's going to take forever! Next time you make an appointment make sure you're specific with what you want!" Well I asked for a trim & colour on the phone, didn't think I could get any more specific than that. She made out as if it was a HUGE deal to put some colour on my hair, by this time I was the only one in there. She literally slapped the colour on my head, getting it all over my nose and on the chair, after she'd slapped it on she had to wipe down the chair so it wouldn't get on my clothes. She kept making "yuck" sounds at my hair and when I asked what was wrong she said "oh I don't like just one colour on hair" and I said "well could you put some highlights in it?" only to be told "oh no we're too busy you'll have to make another appointment"!!! She huffed & puffed about everything like I was an inconvenience to her, and the amount of trailer trash talk in that place was disgusting... got to know all about their private lives and then some! Obviously the customer doesn't come first at that "salon". And all this cost me $185!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

I have lived in the inner city for a number of years & trying to find a salon that would match the quality that I was used to in a more regional area was a bit daunting at first. I regularly attend La Petite due to the reliability of service. I have always had great cuts when I go there though the way they help me pick foils to suit my complexion is my favourite aspect. The manager is especially friendly & always stops to say hi when I'm in the salon. I've had a few spray tans & eyebrow waxes there too & the tanning products are natural. Finally a tan that doesn't make me look like I've been fighting with an orange highlighter! Love it, Love it, Love it!
