I have always come to la porchetta for family celebrations and get togethers . The owner is very kind and generous to us as we live across the road , but this particular day the owner wasn't there , and the manager on duty "could do whatever I want"

I have gone there long enough to know the spinning wheel prizes you receive do not expire . Well it turns out, as the manager on duty says they expire within one month. I explained that the owner however specifically told me it does not expire .

She then mentions "well his the owner and he can say whatever he wants but his not here and I'm the manager therefore I can do whatever I want" she then Mentions that yes some don't expire but the staff member would right "no expire on the receipt" and my receipt didn't say that.

I tried to explain that does not change the fact that I was specifically told by your boss it doesn't expire . All it was was a free Parma and chips worth $22.50 but she wouldn't let it go

Her anger started to erupt and she started fuming , her voice hit the roof when everyone else in the restaurant heard " your basically get this for free"
Well your basically not giving it to me!

I asked to speak with the boss on the phone but she refused twice. When I decided not to pay for the Parma (the bill reached $90+) she tried calling him twice in another room . But she claims no answer .

She started to call me a frued if I didn't pay it when I clearly had a voucher in my hand that compensates for that particular main. She kept saying for gods sake it's only $22 But still expected me to pay it and wouldn't let it go. My friend who had her four kids with her couldn't wait any longer so she paid the entire bill.

It was the first time I bring my friend and I wanted to show her how awesome this restaurant was and I wanted her to see where most of my family gatherings take place.

well it turned out to be an awful and humiliating experience and I am still in shock as to the way I was treated .

I will no longer step foot in that place and I will make sure everybody I know and don't know hears about it !

Sadly I'm waiting for an apology I will never get from your place because your manager on duty has her nose up in the clouds .

They have okay pizza here, not too sure about the freshness of some ingredients though. Their service is only mediocre. After ordering some food to finish my meal, the waitress forgot! maybe it was a one off.They have great prices here-for a family restaurant, i'd say it's pretty affordable!

Very disappointing pizza indeed . The ingredients were not fresh especially the pineapple which was so dry like weeks old . Honestly terrible pizza . I would never go there again but the only good thing I saw there was the young girl who served me . She was very friendly .

This was an okay experience but not really what I was expecting and the food not the best but okay if your really hungry and things always taste better than too.

The pizza's and pasta at La porchetta is fantastic and cheap especially if you dine in.They have AAA+++ customer service. When you are dining there, you feel like that you are in Itay as they have many Italian picture frames hanging on the wall.
