Went there last night and we were not impressed. We ordered a cheese and garlic focaccia and a capriciosa. Firstly they brought out a garlic focaccia without cheese, fine that was just a mistake. Then they bought it back undercooked, we said nothing. My son often buys this from there a has noticed how inconsistent the pizza has become, actually had pictures. To top it off the capriciosa clearly had no anchovies on it. Only 5 ingredients and they left one out, wow.

I work in Craigieburn and live about 15 minutes away. On the way home I thought I would try La Porchetta. I bought the meal they had two pizzas and a garlic bread for $21.90. I came home and opened the pizza box and started eating the pizza when I saw a hair. On my first slice. I then turned on the light looked at the pizza and saw two big pieces of hair on top of the pizza. I then called the pizza shop straight away and explained that I lived 15 minutes away but I took a picture and they said I could come back in tomorrow to get a refund. He initially offered a replacement pizza but I said, I did not want to eat the pizza and wanted my money back. They agreed. I went in after work and spoke to the manager. He asks "Where's the pizza?" I said I work around the corner but I live 15 minutes away and I called yesterday as soon as I got home and I proceeded to show him the picture. He didn't even look at the picture. He then said, "I can't give you a refund without the pizza". I replied, "I wasn't told to bring the pizzas back with me yesterday on the phone" The manager refused to give me a refund or offer any resolution as I didn't have the pizza with me

freindly and helpful staff. Good food at very good prices. Great for takeaway pizza. Very good prices if you pick up takeaway. Unfortunately they do not home deliver.
