This establishment is now shut down. It used to be a very very popular family restaurant with quality home cooked meals at affordable prices.

SOOOO disappointed. The place wasnt very busy when we arrived and yet it took 20 minutes for someone to even come and take our order. Then we waited. Waited. Waited.
Finally they bring out our dinner but wait we havent even received our entre yet OOOPS! One meal from the table had to be sent back as it was barely lukewarm. Came back colder than before. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AGAIN

This is a really authentic Italian with a huge menu. The food was a nice size portion and very tasty (pasta and pizza's) Medium is a good size for 1 person for the pizzas. All the waitresses were professional and service was good.

eat in - the food is good but the staff let the place down.
take away - takes forever but is worth the wait. I prefer to take away than to eat in. Much better service this way.

Our family always arrange a pick up on La Porchetaa pizzas and pastas. The food is fantastic. Always tasting fresh and crisp the way you would expect a pizza to taste. Value for money very good also. The only problem we have found is that when we get home with our food items is that there is an order that has gone wrong. i.e for example we order about 4 pizzas and a pasta, the pasta will be the wrong one that we placed, or one of the pizzas will not be the right one we ordered. This has happened 5 out of 5 times. Even though there was a mix up on one item at the time we try it any way as it wouldnt have been something we would have ordered so we try it to see whats its like.
