I usually get take away from here. The pizzas are always good. My favourite is the Chicken Pamra. There schnitzels are some of the best i have had, other La Porchetta resturants (Werribee) use cheaper schnitels but the pakemham ones are always very meaty. I usually get 2 meals out of the one order!

Do not bother going here, Had to wait hours for our meals and the service was terrible, wanted to go out for a family dinner which turned into a terrible night with hungry kids

I refuse to go back here - the service has dramatically gone down hill. When. Was there last with my partner I ordered pizza (got wrong pizza but thought I'd waited too long so I would eat it anyway) we were bugged by staff every two minutes asking if we needed drinks or anything else (the same 2 staff members!) then I got the comment (I eat pizza with a knife and fork) of "how strange are you? Why do you eat like that?" I didn't know what to say. I think the look I gave her was enough to scare her off. Terrible place.

I am going to be very honest unless you want to wait hours for your meals dont bother. havent gone back there for years as there services sucks. And i am very fussy and particluar as i have done and worked in hopsitality there is defiantley room for improvement

Although we will go back as we do like some dishes on their menu. I wasn't impressed with the quality of the service. The waitresses seemed too young and not trained thoroughly. And have had to make a few complaints about food being cold when it gets to us or receiving our meals at different times to others on the table with us.

Like most others, Pakenham La Porchetta is very much in line with the franschise. However, it's the little things that made visiting Pakenham a bit of a let down. Sure my kids were given the obligutory pencils and paper, but of the 3 pencils each they were given, only 1 didn't have a snapped off end. They got very bored, very quickly, making it difficult to have a conversation with my wife.
Just a small example of how the service let us down. Food was stock standard for La Porchetta, good value for money.

The pizzas and pastas can be great on non-busy times, but food quality and service suffers on busier days like Friday nights or weekends. Personal favourites are the chicken pizza and the marinara on pasta.
