My experience with this hair salon was appalling. Despite booking in advance, they blatantly refused to accommodate me, offering flimsy excuses about being fully booked. It was evident they had no intention of providing the service I had scheduled. Their blatant disregard for my appointment left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer. This level of unprofessionalism is inexcusable, and I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment.

Last minute decision to find a new hair stylist, went into La Rells, asked for shampoo, cut and blow-dry. I am a middle aged woman who's hair was quite long but wanted a change not too drastic! Aliesha did a Fantasic job, really listened to what I wanted, walked out feeling satisfied with a great style that suited me, really happy with my hair and can't wait to return next week to have colour done.The salon was Relaxing, very welcoming atmosphere, would definitely recommend La Relles :)

The staff were very nice and professional.I highly recommend it to visit the salon.You won't regret it.

I went to La Rells Hair & Beauty today, being a first time customer I walked out of there really happy with the service I had been provided.

I would recommend going to La Rells Hair & Beauty if you want quality service and the best thing they have prices which are totally affordable.

I had a rear experience at la rells in blacktown. I went in for a trim which was well priced and I left feeling confident for my night out

Had a gift certificate for the pamper package - head massage, wash, blowdry, cut and style. The salon wasn't overly busy when I arrived (first thing in the morning), but after each stage, I did get left alone for longer than they said.. eg. they said they'd be back in 10 minutes after applying some hair serum, but it ended up more like 15 minutes. Not a big deal, but I had another appointment after that, so it would have been nice if they stuck to time. Overall, happy with my new haircut! The staff member who did the cut was great and offered some good styling advice.
