THANK YOU! After trying many grooming salons and being disappointed, this salon was recommended by a friend, and I couldn't be happier. Excellent grooming, friendly and approachable staff who listened to what i wanted, and great value for money. Thank you so much girls, I will definitely be back!

Disgraceful service. I took my dog here for a cut recently and on entry my dog was a little apprehensive and barked a bit. The groomer was judgemental and patronising asking if I disciplined him, making no effort to make us feel welcome. Foolishly, I left him anyway as I was in a rush to get to another appointment. Thankfully on my return he had received a good cut but I decided to ask the the lady very politely why I had received such a barrage of abuse. Instead of a quick apology for acting rude and it for all to be forgotten about, she turned everything around trying to make me out to be the villain. All told we will not be returning to this place and would discourage others to do so with this quality of customer service.

Really happy that I managed to find these guys. The staff were really helpful and friendly and seemed to genuinely like dogs. My dog was more than happy when I collected him, he was able to use yard they have at the back so the dogs can run around rather than be kept inside for hours on end. Overall I was really pleased, it was a great cut, nails clipped, glands etc, I will definitely be going back again.

Great service. Coco went in looking like Hairy McCleary and came out looking amazing. She was washed and had the best clip she has ever had. What's more you drop your dog in in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. In the meantime the dogs have the run of the outside yard. They make lots of friends. I totally recommend them.
