I attend the Newtown location and the The technician refused to put a set of eyelashes because I had sent a sensitive skin and then was told to leave by her and I had been going there for the past six years. clearly that technician wasn’t experienced enough. I was booked in another technician not the one. The service is appalling service for long term customers

Recommended by a friend and have Been getting my eyelashes ever since. They always do such an amazing job. My eyelashes are long and thick and never curl so i always get a lash lift with a tint and they always end up looking amazing. I dont usually wear mascara so this lash lift is perfect for me.

I have been to many lash salons in Sydney and this is by far the best!! I love my visit every time. The best in Sydney!!

I have been coming to Lady Lash for probably about 4 years now. I've always been very happy, and have seen quite a few different technicians over the years, and tried a few different looks. For some reason their lashes always last a lot longer on me than other places, and I love that they will always go above and beyond to accommodate me, even though I'm a last minute kind of person! I don't usually review places but they were soooo good last week when I had a lash emergency, they stayed back super late just so I could have my lashes nice for my holiday - so thank you ladies, I will of course be back!

I have been getting my lashes done at Lady Lash for over a year and have always had a pleasant and professional experience there. After staff informed me of the cosmetic eyeliner tattooing I was keen to try it, as this was my first experience of tattooing, let alone cosmetic tattooing, I was very apprehensive. However I was quickly put at ease by the very friendly staff who made every effort to reassure me of the procedure. I found the entire procedure virtually pain free and Charlotte's attentiveness made it a pleasant experience. I am delighted with the results as I now have make up artist quality eye liner every morning which is a real time and money saver. Next for me is eyebrow tattoo which I hope will lead to me having the confidence to leave the house without applying any make up. I would and will highly recommend this to all my friends and anyone else who wants to have this treatment.

I hate to leave any sort of negative feedback but I highly rely on it as to wether or not I'll try a new business. so I have to be honest about my experience. I've had eyelash extensions done at a few different places but thought to try lady lash as they have all positive reviews, I had traveled about an hour to get there and arrived around 5 or so min late, my eyelash technician made it quite obvious that i was really late and quickly rushed me to the room and didn't really want to discuss what I had wanted, and as soon as they applied the glue to my lashes my eyes started to sting like crazy, I let them know and they said its probably from the fumes- and it's causing my eyes to run so they couldn't finish the set. so they stopped and said that's all they could do. I got up and looked and they were a little uneven and asked them to at least make them look even-they were trying to pass it off like its not obvious & that they didn't need to, so I had to be a little firm and ask them to just add literally 1 eyelash to one eye to make them look a little more even-they got annoyed and said they will just remove the one from the other eye to make it even because i will just have to put the pad back on your eye to apply one lash so I said Yes I'd rather you apply then remove one from the other eye. I just felt because I was running late they rushed the job got glue in my eyes then didn't want to finish the job off and tried to leave me with a uneven set of eyelashes. My eyes had also become bloodshot for the whole day/night and the whole of the next day and had to use drops. In regards to the actual job though- so far I'm really happy with them they really do look natural, i just wish they had finished the job instead of having scattered eyelashes on both eyes. Was so excited to try this place out and felt like it was a little of a let down having to pay $80 for a half set that weren't even.

The Lady Lash salon is really beautifully decorated, it has high ceilings and is in a large space right on king street. The staff are well presented and polite. I had to reschedule my appointment during the week and the staff did there best to fit me in on the weekend, which I think is there busiest time. I have been growing out my brows for about a year and I'm very fussy about where I go for my treatments, I'm really excited about my Lady Lash, I can't wait for my treatment this afternoon!

I already come to Lady Lash to get my eyelashes but this time thought I would try their spray tan as well, and all I can say is wow, I have never has a spray tan so smooth and without that tell-tale streaks on hands and feet! The best spray tan I've ever had!!!!

I have become a customer since June 2013 and I am very happy with LadyLash. The customer service is great, the staff is nice and courteous. I originally came to them because I had a horrible first time experience from a different lash studio that was expensive, hard, crunchy and gluey. I was worried that the second experience would also be bad and that I would be spending more money still. At Ladylash, they tried their best to help me. I had the nightmare lashes removed and replaced by a set of gorgeous lashes. They were the opposite of my first experience. They were soft, beautiful, light and I could not feel them. I have been there to get infills again and again and I am always going home happy. Ladylash is also reasonably priced and they run specials from time to time. I live the studio; the decor is lovely. The only thing I would recommend is for the technicians to be mindful of their oral hygiene as I had one experience one time when the lady did not have the freshest breath and it was not really pleasant, especially since they have to work so close to the customer. On the brighter note, there was nothing else I could fault. It is such a relaxing experience at Ladylash and it is great to have peace of mind that they will do an amazing job. Thank you Lady Lash, I brought my little sister with me recently...she had a half set and I had a full set. Everything went so well and with me starting my appt 15minutes earlier we both finished at the same time!! Her lashes were just adorable, the half set was still stunning and made her eyes look so pretty. It was a special treat for her. Mine were a beautiful full set and lasted ages. Very natural but still with plenty of oomph! without looking silly. Thanks very much highly recommended and reasonably priced (no way can I justify $180 as some other places charge).
