Convenient Asian grocery located in QV. The prices are reasonable. Everytime I head to the city, I always come by this store to purchase little snacks as they have pretty good specials and offers.
Very conveniently located upstairs in the QV building. It is a very big store, which means that they are almost certain to sell whatever asian grocery item it is you might need.
Asian grocery store in QV - easiest to locate from Russell Street. Great selection of frozen dumplings, iced teas, cooking sauces and spices, and snacks (pocky etc). Very reasonably priced.
Very conveniently located upstairs in the QV building. It is a very big store, which means that they are almost certain to sell whatever asian grocery item it is you might need. Prices are reasonable. Service is slightly absent, and it is hard to attract assistance. However this is not an unusual experience in large grocery stores generally.
This has been a mainstay of my Asian grocery sources when I used to live in the cbd and now whenever I visit I still pop in and great a few items. Good range and neat clean shelves more so than the grocery on Russell st. Some items are a little pricier but for the convenience I'm quite happy to put up with a small price hike. Frozen foods and some basic veggies also available here.
Easy to find Indonesian / Malaysian product in this grocery store. But sometimes they are running out of stock. The price is a bit expensive. However, Laguna is one of decent Asian supermarkets in melbourne CBD
A very very complete asian supermarket.
Service could be improved, as it can be somewhat difficult to locate things or occasionally to reach for things.
Note: prices are slightly more expensive than usual, given the location etc.
Laguna is good for stocking up on Indonesian and other Asian food at a lower price than similar items at the big supermarket chains. The range is decent, stocking most things I've looked for in the past. Their original store is on Glenferrie Rd.
Do you happen to have a current phone number for them? The one listed is not in service any longer
This grocery provides more indonesian and malaysian food compare to other asian mart. Though they have slightly less choice of food choice but they have more tibits or crackers.
