Lake Adams Pet Resort

We left our 2 cats there in the luxury part of the cattery. When we went back to collect our cats they tried to charge us more money saying that someone had called them up agreeing to pay more per night ?? When saying no we are paying the standard cost they then put the price up by $2 more per day even though the website states $ 60 a day for shared luxury cattery. After a bit we paid the standard $60 per day fee. When we went to collect our cats they had been put in a different room. When we asked why aren't they in the room we specified and paid for they couldn't give us an answer. Even though the site says heated it was freezing. They had also taken out the blankets in my cats beds. I wouldn't recommend leaving any of my animals there.

I would NOT recommend this place. Dogs are NOT walked, the management is frightened of big dogs and has now idea what they're doing. They have bad reviews for a GOOD REASON., AVOID!
