I bought a second hand car from these guys that had numerous faults. I spoke to them on several occasions about issues like breaks needing machine, car being damaged between purchase and pickup, rattling exhaust, etc. All of these issues were "fine" for the first 6 months. Mechanics couldn't find any issue. As soon as the warranty was up suddenly they noticed all the issues I was mentioning. I spent roughly 1/4 the initial purchase price repairing issues that should have been repaired under statutory warranty.
The redeeming point was the owner who when I brought all this to his attention with the most recent fault resolved that instance for me. Honestly, I would never buy another Ford after the experiences I've had with this car and the staff at Lake Ford.
We had been looking for a new car for quite some time, we had been to quite a few dealerships and come across some pretty pushy salesmen. We weren't sure if the XR6 would actully make it down our drive way without scrapping our salesman told us to take it for a test drive for as long as we wanted and to take it home and see if it would make it in and out of the driveway. He was never pushy with us he didn't come with us on the test drive and once we got back he left my husband and myself to talk things over with out trying to pressure us. They can also arrange finance if thats needed and can also get extras (tinted windows) on the car before pick up. If your after a Ford I recommend you going and seeing these guys they were really nice.
