Lake Group Strata

Leading up to the 2025 AGM, the presumed straight forward process was bent out of shape by the absence of senior management. The meeting timing went awry, the extra motions put forward were not included in the agenda, the timing of the AGM changed and was poorly organised. an Extraordinary GM was convened by the Strata Managers immediately following the AGM at which the proponent of the extra motion was not present.
Very ordinary performance.

I would not, and I will be at the next AGM to suggest we shop around for another service.

I cannot speak highly enough of Lake Group Strata.
Kim our Manager deals with issues promptly and contacts our owners within 24 hours when there is a problem to be resolved.

My personal experience with Lake Group has been very positive.
I have found all the managers I contract for to be very supportive of their Strata Plan Lots when maintenance & repair issues are required. A very active group always doing their best to service their clients.

We are contractors for this strata group. I can say that out of all the strata companies we use Lake Group would be the pick of them. They are the fastest payers of our services and we find that if a property has a problem or needing a service requirement the strata managers are very quick to send through a work order. We have been maintaining some properties for over 10yrs or more.

They do not have your best interest at heart. They do not fight for what is right for you they sit back and do nothing. I wish my property was not in their hands... Shame I cannot do anything about it.

They have been the strata managers for my investment property for 4 years now and I have never had any trouble. They are easy to talk to and very easy to get along with. Any work needs done, they sort it out ASAP. Look forward to working with them for many more years to come.

Have been the strata managers for my investment property for over 10 years. Had some early problems with the individual strata manager(s) we were allocated - rude, ineffective and high staff turnover. The last several years have been excellent - the same single manager who is super efficient and incredibly polite and helpful.
