I never have much trouble getting into to see Dr Ali, however like with most Bulk Bill Clinics the wait can be anywhere from 1-2 or more hrs which is not to good when you have kids. The waiting area is very cramped - alot of people generally wait outside. The staff are reasonably pleasant. Usually have my problems addressed reasonably quickly but you tend to feel as if you're being rushed through.

Most appointments are bulk billed through Dr ALI, easy to get an appointment and he also runs a skin clinic through his office. The only down side is you need to expect a big wait even though he has appointment times they are always running at least 30 min behind. Parking is also a problem you need to park on lake rd.
