I found Scott through Home Assist. He came promptly and did a messy time-consuming job for me of replacing 3 sets of clapped out shower roses and basin taps and repairing three hissing toilet cisterns. He told me what tap ware etc to buy and where to buy them at the best price. He returned a few weeks later to make sure the cisterns were working properly. He did not charge me for the subsequent cistern check and fine-tuning. I found him a very approachable, professional, and reliable businessman. Happy to recommend him.

Scott was prompt to come to my house and quote on my bathroom renovations. He showed a 'can do' attitude which he followed through with his work. He did a great job. He was very easy to work with via text and email which made things easy for me. I had three people quote for the work, he was the only one not to huff and puff about how difficult it was going to be, I liked that he discussed different options with me and didn't 'treat me like a girl', his quote was a third cheaper than the other two and he was the only one to commit the quote to writing. He did a great job and I will be recommending him widely.

Excellent service and first rate job. We had our hot water system replaced after Scott determined our existing one was dead. I was impressed with the effort put into the old one and the fault explained before proceeding with replacing it.
