I bought a KaiserBaas Keyring Digital Photo Fram (1.5 inch) for my Mum for Mother's Day (so that she could show off pictures of her new grand-daughter!). I actually bought the frame from Harris Technology as Lako Pacific are the distributers for this product. Anyway, she loved the frame but somehow the glass cover broke in her handbag. I called the helpdesk at Lako Pacific and they offered to send out a replacement screen at no charge at all. Excellent service and I'm now going to buy a couple more of these as presents for other people.
