Apart from the professional appearance that draw me to them, the quality of their work is atrocious. Cracked and discoloured concrete slab after 2 months, leaking retaining wall, very poor finish. Other landscapers quotes to fix this told me I have to pull everything out as the base hasn't been prepared adequately. They weren't surprised to hear that it was landscapability who did such a bad job and said they have a bad reputation. Do not get them to do any work.

Very upsetting to see this, had no idea it was here. Person not even big enough to put their name on here, but if its who I think it is, she dragged us to fair trading after getting our opposition in to quote for ripping up and replacing (of course they are going to tell her its rubbish so they can get the work) ... not something we would do to fellow landscapers but not all have our morals.
This person dragged us to court to have us pay for someone else to replace our work, she was also unwilling to communicate or allow us back on site to rectify the issues she raised, which is also something we strive to do with all customers, no matter how badly they treat us.
