Very attentive staff who explained what they were doing and why in the hour I was there.. I chose an hour of massage with some acupressure as well. I found afterwards to feel more relaxed and a calm sort of energy. Plus my sore shoulder seemed more flexible. Plenty of drinks of warm water before, during and after was really easy to drink. I had gone off drinking water but this warm water I know is good for many things. They had lots of other suggestions for me to try next time. Might give cupping a try. Off now to buy some green tea.
