I am a regular customer after experiencing crappy hairdressers around Moonah where I live. I chose to go to this business because it was close to my work in the shopping centre. Although I no longer work in the centre I continue to go to the same hairdresser, it's been a year now. I am very happy and like all the staff. I even have some piercings done by them. They are not excessive in price and going to this hairdresser is a highlight of my day every 6 weeks :)

Normally you must book in, but tell me a place where you can walk in off the street and get a trim every time you go in? I have been witness to when they will take in people for quick service, depending on how busy they are.

At 5.20pm in a centre which is open until 6.00pm and who's stores are obliged to be open and provide full services until closing time(I checked with centre management), I was unable to get a trim, as although the store was open, the hairdresser doesn't work until closing time. The hairdresser had obviously left quite some time before my 5.20pm arrival as the salon area was completely closed and cleaned.

Stopped in on the off chance I could save myself a trip out tomorrow morning and was pleasantly surprised to find I was a walk up starter with no appointment.

The young lady who served me was friendly without being too "in your face chatty" and seemed to know exactly what I was after before I even spoke.

My only criticism (and it is a small one) would be that the scissors she was using weren't the greatest (though she did apologise and explain that her good scissors were recently stolen and she was awaiting replacements) so there were one or two snips that seemed to grab and pull rather than cut.

The end result is a haircut I'm quite happy with considering the rough head she had to work with.
