Really nice little place that has amazing healthy food. We tried the matcha acai bowls and they tasted so good. Knowing that the ingredients were all vegan and gluten free made it taste even fresher. For $12.50, it was a steal.

Wholesome breakfast bowls, salads and smoothies. You can pick up a blackberry and coconut chia pudding or macadamia and buckini granola bowl from these guys in your mad rush to the office. Or, if you feel like some liquid nutrition, their blended-on-the-spot smoothies are boasting out-of-this-world flavours including apple and cinnamon, and blueberry, banana and maple.

If you have more time at lunch, try one of their handcrafted salads. Innovative combinations of textures and flavours are obvious in their signatures, the Miso Glazed Salmon and Lentils & Ancient Grains.
