Best fish for miles. There are 2 o3 other places around and this place is the only that sells real flake or GUMMY not that frozen [Retracted offensive word] the Asian fish shop owners import frozen by the ton called Basa.

Basa is not flake. It is a friggin freshwater catfish from Vietnam.

Keep up the good work guys and please don't sell your shop.

Really good fish and chips. Only place i will go. Although the salads are not that great. Everything else tip top though

I have friends that live in Berwick that quote that "this is the best fish and chips around, the owners are LOVELY!", and I 100% agree. Its always nice to go somewhere that you are acknowledged and given great service. It isn't just about the food all the time.. Its about the people that serve you and how they treat you. The man & women who own (and run) the shop are SO lovely, every time I go there I am asked how my children are, etc etc. Always welcomed by a friendly smile. To top it off, they have great packages, great food and I'm always happy with the quality. HIGHLY recommended!!

By far the best fish and chips you will ever eat. Great chunky chips ( not the endy bits and pieces you get from some shops) and delicious mouth watering fresh fish ( no cardboard thin slices) Great value, fresh and just FANTASTIC
