I came to Dr Jenny Picking at 18 weeks gestation she was non judgemental, professional, empathetic and personal throughtout. When i had complications and found out o had to delover that day at 37wk 6day she was there with me every step of the way... i never felt rushed through any of my appointments ans knew if i had to wait to see her it was because she was showing others the same compassion and care. In her absense dr steven waugh was very [redacted clinical content] also and cannot fault the nurses or receptionists. Overall moving to this clinic has been best thing we have done abd we love in frankston sth worth the drive and beats any of the mt eliza clinics we have been too!

Have been attending this clinic for over 25 years (since I was a child) Recently have changed to another bulkbilling clinic for a few reasons. 1. The waiting time was getting longer and longer, most of the time at least 30 mins past my appointment time, but often as much as 45-50 mins, not what you want to be doing when you're unwell. 2. A month after having a blood test arranged by a specialist (and a copy of the results being sent to this clinic) i got a phone call from them to follow up on my abnormal results.... a month could have been life or death with my condition. 3. They put me on a medication without asking any questions about plans to conceive, I later found out from another doctor that said medication is extremely dangerous to unborn child if you are to fall pregnant, an alternative should have been offered. 4. I was out of pocket for visits and was a bit fed up with paying and not being 100% happy. Majority of the doctors are lovely and the rooms are all clean and tidy, I was a bit sad to leave after such a long time however just feel I receive better care elsewhere now.

i have used this clinic for a few years now and find them very professional and thorough in what they do.The doctors are easy to talk to and waiting is not as bad as other clinics i have tried in the past.Highly recommended.

I heard remarkable talk about Jenny from Brett Marshell a well known gyno and visited her for the first time today, for my second pregnancy, i was star struck by her detection, caring, warming and understanding!! the hole experience at the medical center was fantastic, in fact my best ever. They run the center very well and over all have a friendly vibe . i look forward to many years at this medical center!!

I have seen Dr Jenny Picking for more than 15 years. She is fantastic. Jenny is professional, pragmatic and always friendly & caring. She helped to deliver both of my children - her bedside manner was sensational. The nurses at this clinic have also been great over the years

Have been with this medical clinic for many years now and there service is second to none. Our doctor, Dr. Ken Ball, is the most caring and thorough doctor I have ever visited.

A great clinic with both male and female G.P's. Have always been able to see G.P at short notice if needed.Nurses at clinic also. The reception staff, nurses and G.P's have always been very helpful and professional.
