This is the only place I go for alterations. I drive down from Newcastle to use these guys. Excellent quality and fast service.

Terrible! They took up 3 pairs of jeans and 2 beautiful shirts. They basically ruined everything and cost me over $1200 in replacements. The clothes were super expensive. It made me so sad. The shirt sleeves were taken up way too short (laughable) and the pants were made too tight around the ankle I could barely put them on. None of the work could be fixed as they left no hem! It was absurd. How could anyone ruin this so perfectly? Clearly these people do not know what they are doing on any basic level. I complained and their reaction was smug and unapologetic. I took the job to other tailors who couldn't believe the lack of basic skill and taste. I was going to force the issue and get my money back but hey just let it go. If you value your clothes, money, style or basic appearance on any level, go elsewhere fast!

The staff at this alteration place in Westfield are fantastic. Great service, helpful and turn around urgent hemming of jean in about 15-30 minutes. I have had quite a few items altered beyond hemming and taking clothes in, but every time they amaze me on their work.
