Nightmare to rent through. They act nice as pie until you've signed your lease agreement, don't expect any maintance to be fixed, during my 12 months they fixed nothing, found property manager to be very rude. I was glad when my 12 months was up so I could leave, then they tried to hit me with bills for everything that I had asked to be fixed during my time there saying I had caused the damage. Just be careful

They tell you what you want to hear (to the point of being useful and informative) but are also artful about answering dead straight questions about their fees and charges (until they get your signature on the page). That said, their fees were lower than the competitors and the experience of having Larcor rent out my property was a purely positive one, (just have a long read of the contracts before you commit so you know what to expect, because they may not tell you to your face!).
