I purchased some of their Skinstitute products on line a number of months ago. At the time they were offered at a greatly reduced price, which included postage and they were despatched and received promptly - within just a few days. Recently I sought to reorder the products and noted on their website that they were no longer at the reduced prices. I emailed Lasemedics to enquire and they promptly responded and offered to provide the products to me again at the previously reduced price. Again there was no postage and the products arrived packaged carefully within a few days. Very friendly personnel, great service, great price, great products.
