My friend and I went in for a free consultation and the staff were very friendly and welcoming! The lady who gave us the consult made it so laidback and relaxed and especially when we asked about the brazillian treatment she made sure it wasn't awkward or embarassing - definitely influenced our decision to go ahead with the laser treatment!

Not to mention the prices! We made it just in time for the winter sale where brazillian + underarm treatment together was only $39!! Definitely the best deal we'd found for a trustworthy clinic in Sydney.

The only (slightly) negative thing I would comment on would be one or two of the staff members we saw at the clinic (not naming names), who seemed the TINIEST bit dull/unfriendly to other customers, however overall they weren't rude or anything.

The treatment was quick, professional, private and over in 5mins! My tech was gentle and tried her best to make it comfortable.

Would definitely recommend!

With so many laser clinics popping up everywhere, it's important to go a reputable clinic. I chose Laser Clinics Australia in Parramatta due to its current sale on lasers on certain areas starting from $9. I called up to book an appointment and was promptly told I should pre-pay X amount of sessions just in case the promotion ends prior to my booking date. What they didn't tell me were my obligations once I have pre-paid. I didn't find out about these obligations until the actual day of my appointment. I was also not asked whether I have had laser before and any procedures and/or processes I should take prior to my appointment.
When I arrived for my appointment, I was made to wait 5-10 minutes until there was a room free. The girl was nice and friendly and explained everything to me. The whole laser process took about five minutes!
After the appointment, I was asked if I wanted to purchase some products (I politely declined) and they didn't continue pushing the products onto me. Instead, they made my next appointment and I was on my merry way.
