I've been going to this clinic for 4 years and thought I was a valued long time customer how wrong was I ! in the 4 years I've been going to this clinical I have only never shown up twice 2, I even paid them an extra 100 dollars on my last appointment to have filler removed from my lip which they screwed up. I called to make an appointment today for anti-wrinkle service and was told that I have lost my 100 dollars due to not showing up at an appointment that I didn't even make and that if I want to come in I have to pay 50 dollars deposit. May I say I made no appointment and received no text or call from the place even if I did as a reminder? Very bad, customer service, loyalty, and being valued is not something this company respects and values they only want your money and you are a number. I'm so angry as I know they have taken my 100 dollars due to the increase on filler removal in June and don't want to do it for 100 dollars as that was the price in May hence why I paid upfront... DO NOT GO THERE.....
