As long as you know your prices, you can get a good deal. Sometimes i have found though that the hotels website will be cheaper with things like breakfast included. Can sometimes pick up a good bargain though

I booked a mystery hotel with lastminute.com.au last month to celebrate my wedding anniversary. Detailed listing with the spa bath and the king size bed and an option to upgrade to an ocean view room. Once we had it all paid and confirmed through their easy and simple booking process our confirmation said we would be staying in a really nice hotel for the night! For only $180 including any booking fees we had secured a great hotel room in a very nice hotel for a really, really reasonable price. Also,I had accidently deleted my confirmation email and forgot to print it out so I emailed lastminute and within 2 hours I had my confirmation emailed to me and telling me to enjoy my night. I enjoyed the prompt and personal service especially when it came to losing my booking details.
