I purchased the product (small map) on Tuesday and Paid $8 extra for express postage but it didn’t arrive until Friday!! Definitely wasted money paying for express post as it took them 2 days to dispatch my order.

I'm sorry you were not happy with our service. We were out of stock of the map you ordered, which is why there was a shipping notification at the top of the item description clearly stating 'Ships in 3-5 days'. I received new stock of the map the following day after your order was received and posted it the next day, well within the 3-5 day shipping time advised. Because you paid for Express Post, you received the map the next day. If you had paid for regular post, it could have taken up to six days further for you to receive your order.
I ordered this book on Wednesday and it was delivered to home on Friday. Excellent service. The free postage was very welcome and made the book very cheap in comparison to other sites
