I haven't gotten glasses from this optometrist, but I was referred here when my regular optometrist was unable to write a prescription for my eye infection. The person I saw was excellent, did a thorough eye exam again and took extra care to make sure that what I was prescribed and the instructions was suitable for use with breastfeeding. I had a couple of follow up appointments to check progress and they were happy for me to bring my baby with me when I was unable to get a sitter, even talking directly to her and acknowledging her as a person. I even had follow up phone calls to check how I was going. This was all covered by Medicare so it's not as though they were making big money from me either. Fabulous service!

all the staff are very accommodating and know you. They treat my daughter like one of their own. Nothing is to small for them and they remember you. Unfortunately with MBF they do not pay much on your glasses but that is no fault of Laubman and Pank as their competitors are much the same prices and with not the same customer service

The people are fantastic. The quantity and quality of brands are amazing. BUT you have to pay ridiculous amounts of money for a single pair of glasses. I have private health insurance which contributes to the cost of my glasses and contacts. My first and last pair of glasses I purchased from this store was jawdropping in price. I was $800 out of pocket and that did not include the sum of money my health insurance paid! Definitely will not be returning.
