Lauder and Howard is a treasure trove! Don't be put off by the 60's exterior, inside is magic. The best selection of fine antiques in Perth. I found brilliant things...Deco Egyptian style light fittings, a table from the reign of Charles II, WA naive art from the 1890's, things you just can't find easily in Perth. Can't recommend it enough!
