Well I have to agree with the other reviews here! Laura is an exceptional hairdresser. She put a grey cape and cap on me so that she could work out my colours first then made sure the new haircolour would suit me - I have never had a hairdresser do that for me before. She was also really helpful in offering me advice on what colours I should be wearing as well. Haircut and colour looked great and everyone commented on how much better the colour suited me. Laura's skills with the scissors are exceptional! More than that though: She listened to me, assessed what I wanted, understood my needs and convinced me with gentle persuasion that what I was asking for was not the best style for my age and face shape. I found Laura by pure luck and WOW am I so pleased that I did. Laura's experience speaks for itself, I mean if she has cut hair for Heads of State and Parlimentarians heading off to formal Balls and events around the world then surely Laura is good enough for me!! I had my fist ever film shoot being done to promote my business so I needed a Hair and make up makeover that was still me and yet was pleasing to the camera and pleasing to me too as I needed to still feel myself to be comfortable on screen but I wanted to feel confident and empowered too. I told Laura what I was after and she hit the nail on the head and did a perfect job for me. She even gave me a few personal make up tips along the way so that I can try to replicate her styles. Needless to say the film clip went off without a hitch and even the camera crew commented that my make up was perfect - clean, attractive and not too much. So a big 5 out of 5 to Laura.
