Beautiful pastries and bread, cakes bought whole not mini versions are star and yuk sometimes which can be a real disappointment on birthdays. Very slow and often rude service even for take away coffees which can be a bit sour and burnt but I still love the Danishes too much to not go.

I pre-ordered a Birthday cake for my boyfriend as we were having a family dinner for him.
I requested 'Happy Birthday' and his name to written on cake.
Went to pick up cake and they had incorrectly spelt his name (Lets say it was a simple name like 'John'...) They couldn't fix it as Laurent make their cakes off site. I was not notified of this until i arrived to pick up the cake. Very annoyed!
