I have been to Laurent a few times and I find it is a bit expensive. I usually only buy cakes and coffee which is what I like the most. They have gourmet cakes and sandwiches as well. The gourmet sandwiches are really expensive so I never buy them. Great place to sit down and relax, good atmosphere. Cakes are nice to eat especially if you have a sweet tooth like me. Great coffee but I have had coffee served that has been a bit on the luke warm side and like my coffee really hot. Worth a visit as it is an unique place to visit.

I've been there few times and their chicken focacia is really yummy, although this is mainly cake shop...they have great range of macaroons, nougats and cakes...beautifully decorated and elegant cakes can be bought here for $40.50...they are really tasty and include mousse, nougat, macaroons, fruits, whatever you like...it is not so expensive place comparing to some small shops that sell cakes for the same price, but definitely not the same taste...
