Beware The new billing system will cost you. I had a appointment for a new script only and was in the doctors for less than 5 minutes whilst the script was printed. To my surprise I was charged $82 dollars for the consultation. The rebate was $39.75. Out of pocket $42.25.
I'd suggest you request the Doctors rates prior to your consultation. The more ethical approach would be for the Doctors to publish their rates to allow you to make a informed decision.

Great if you like being told to get an unnecessary covid test! Not so great if you were attending for something else!

The staff including the receptionists and doctors are incredibly kind, thoughtful and caring. When they ask about my physical and mental health they actually show they care. For the first time in a long time I felt listened to and as though people wanted to help me. Every interaction I have felt like a human and not a number as I have with previous clinics local to the area.

Laurimar Medical is the absolute best local doctors! After seeing 3 other doctors at various practices I visited Laurimar Medical and they took my concerns seriously and were so helpful. I waited maybe 5 minutes (unlike 45mins to an hour at other places) to see the doctor who was incredibly kind and helpful. They also have X-ray upstairs and the nurses are very lovely. Can't recommend highly enough!

I go to this medical centre regularly as my husband has many complex health problems,the doctors care has been excellent.The doctors are very thorough and caring.Reception and nursing staff are also very helpful.With x-ray facilities and other allied services there they are a great asset to Doreen.

I have been taking my children here since they opened. The doctor that we see is very thorough and friendly, he leaves no stone unturned and puts my mind at ease.

My only downside is that they don't bulk bill adults, but you can get them to claim through to medicare immediately...

Been coming here for a while. I was initially a bit nervous as it was a new practice and my old doc retired. But I needn't have worried. They have been great. Since I've been a patient, the practice has developed SO much. There are so many services available here now - I've never seen a medical practice quite like it: there are GPs, blood tests, nurses (Anne and Kirsty), physios, osteos, speech, psychology. And they were telling me recently that there's even specialists and xrays and ultrasounds available now. Really grateful to have all these services on my doorstep!!

I have seen several doctors from this clinic in the past year and I have liked them all. They have all been thorough with our problems and they are all great with the kids! They listen and are very kind and friendly.

I recently visited this new practice in Doreen as we are new to the area. I had to take my 1 year old son to see the doctor. I called at 9 in the morning and was able to see a doctor by 9.35am. I did not have to wait long in the waiting area before seeing the doctor. My time with the doctor did not feel rushed like at some clinics and I felt that the doctor gave my son a thorough check up. The receptionists were very friendly and patient, even though they seemed very busy. The clinic also has Osteopath, Physiotherapist, Speech therapist and a Pathologist on site.
Cost for adults like most other clinics, extra for a Saturday appointment.
Bulk-billing for children, not for adults though.
