If I could give it zero star I would.
Rich did my balayage and it took just over 6 hours. Pictures were shown and discussion was made before he started. End result was OK, was not the best colour which I had hoped for. Store advertises that they offer parking ticket validation. But at the end when I asked owner Sati, he just brushed it off and said along the line of "it'll just cost couple of dollars." I ended up paying $15 for parking at Fairfield Forum for this visit.

They are overpriced for what they can deliver. Never again.

They claim to be a "boutique" hair salon, but there was nothing boutique about the salon or my experience what so ever! Got given a colour that was completely off the mark (even though numerous pictures were shown to the stylist to ensure we both had the same vision of what the end result would look like) and my restyle cut was quick and not "precise" aswell which was also a let down as they advertise themselves as "precision cutters". Very over priced for the area and for the work done, and to add insult to injury, the stylist knew I was not happy with what they had done as I had voiced my opinion. My concerns were not taken seriously and nothing else was said so I felt unheard. To add further disappointment, the apprentice was asked to finish off the job. For a paying customer (paid $280!) to have sat there for more than 4 hours, I think the least the hairdresser could have done was to finish off the service and check that I at least liked it! OR better still, look me in the eye when gladly taking (ripping off) my hard earned money!!!

I recently went to Laverna Hair Salon and got the Full Hollywood Experience. I had a full head of foils, shampoo, treatment, cut & blow-dry.
This usually costs about $190 but I was able to make most of an offer so paid considerably less for the experience.
It's fairly new to the area; the staff are very friendly and approachable. I had a rough idea of what I wanted but ultimately let them do as they wished as I wanted a change and I wanted it to suit me and thought they'd best know what would suit my face shape.
They took time to go through different colours and styles with me before we chose on what I'd have done.
There are a variety of different beverages on offer. I had the Peppermint Tea which was just divine.
Compared to other Hairdressers in Fairfield, this would be one of the more expensive ones but I highly recommend it as you get treated like a star.
The whole experience is more than "just getting your hair done".
