I can say to anyone looking the walk in the door at Lazogas Real Estate and seek any kind of formality or manners stay away.
Professionalism isn’t a word that exists in their vocabulary, and evidently by the reviews I am not alone, Eva Lazogas specifically has the air of anger towards the world and takes it out on the entire customer base

I can’t imagine that any of these positive reviews are left by anyone but staff, if I could give negative stars I would.

The staff at Lazogas are exceptional in every way, specifically Anna and Daniel were both so very helpful when it came to renting my property. They are perhaps one of the last agencies that will assign more than one property manager per client in order to provide a five star service.

I have to preface this review by saying, I understand property managers have to deal with disgruntled tenants a lot, and I'm sure that gets tedious. I understand people can have "off days" and say things they don't mean.

There is absolutely no excuse, no rational explanation for the way Eva Lazogas spoke to me when I submitted an application to have routine repairs completed on my rental property.

She obviously did not want to have to pass the request to the landlord, so instead of responding in writing she called me on the phone, then proceeded to make fun of me. She assumed because I was renting I was "unable to afford to buy a home of my own" (her words) and that I should "appreciate how expensive it is to repair a property" (again, her words).

Eva has a weird, snobby air of superiority, treating me, an exemplary tenant, like dirt of her shoe.

I've never felt so humiliated and on principle, would implore anyone seeking a rental property or property manager to give your hard earned money to ANY other agency.

I would never recommend this dodgy real estate agency. Property managers are incompetent, unethical, unprofessional and are liars. They try and scammed us to do a free clean on items that were in the condition report prior to us moving in. They made false accusations against us and are withholding bond. One particular property manager is a scheming, lying piece of work. I have sat in the office and overheard him try to squeeze $25 discount for a big cleaning job. When the cleaners refused, he kept trying to get them to do things for free.
We moved out for over a month ago and they still won't release our bond. We are taking them to VCAT. The real estate owners lack of correspondence to my emails, displays a severe lack of accountability and that he approves of their dishonest practice. During an inspection, one of the property managers phone was left out on a bench and his screen saver was a female cleavage. Disgusting and unprofessional.
Do not rent or buy with Lazogas Real Estate Agents. Scum.

I tried to rent a house, was excepted, went to inspect the house one more time, found rat baits. Called the former tenant and was told rats were a common occurrence in this property. Many other issues arose e.g. garbage in the garden, an asbestos she etc
