I went to the 60's Music Night at LM Forest Hill - first time I'd been to Lazy Moes. We really enjoyed the meal and beers while getting in to the vibe of the Two by 2 rock'n'roll band that were playing mostly 60's covers. They even had a Go Go Girl to augment the scene and groove with the music. Top level harmonica and lead guitar - this band hasn't lost it's mojo.

Hope they have another night with a band - makes for a great night out.

Great atmosphere! I having been going to Lazy Moe's for years now. It is my local hang/chill spot whenever I wanna just sit and have coffee. It's also great for a cheap bit as I almost always share. The owner and his wife have also become great friends as have some of the staff!

Approximate cost: $18

A couple of months ago, on my partners night to "cook" he took me to Lazy Moe's, which I'd driven past almost everyday but never really thought to try.
I was pleasantly surprised by the great service and even more surprised with the quality of the food! a couple of young girls served us and they were very helpful. I got calamari which can be a bit of hit and miss at some places... but this place did it very well, my partner got a steak and it was huge and done just how he likes it, after recommendation by one of the staff he got pepper sauce and he would have licked it from the plate if I'd let him!
Since then I've been back with my girl-friends for lunch, they had the full menu available (including breakfast all day) and a $9 lunch menu with smaller meals, which we finished off with a decedent slice of cake and very impressive coffee.
I'll definitely be back soon.

They have lunch menu of $9 (plus $1 for soft drink). We has fettuccine carbonara and chicken risotto. Both meals are generous in portion and taste. And we were given a fridge magnet..nice touch for first time comers.

Approximate cost: $9 for lunch
