Found a worm in my steak. The server was reluctant to assist as they did not know what to do. Spoke to the manager who said he would replace my meal… hmmmm don’t think I trust you to give me another meal without a worm in it. When I told him this and said no thank you. He told me to pay the bill as I ate some of the food. When I refused. He said he will call the cops. What great service …. Won’t be going there again.

Great meals. Had the Thai Chicken, it was lovely. My children had the kids Bolognese and carbonara and they all loved it and the size was just right. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Awesome place...Tried their greek salad, n it was delicious!!! Will bring my family here next time!!! Recommended...

After having dinner here tonight, we were happy to wait an hour for our meals as there were 13 of us and the restaurant was almost full. Service and Meals were ok so we thought it's not as bad as we've heard......hold my espresso martini!!! We're told by a waiter to quote "please pay and leave" there was another booking waiting for our table! How bloody rude can you be! Mind you we were surrounded by empty tables at this stage, Jesus knows why they couldn't just push the tables together!!! The manager (in red top) then told us we've been here for 2.5 hours already!! Ummm waited an hour for food idiot! They were happy to take our orders for desserts and coffees half an hour before and we were still eating! The manager was also overheard telling the other people waiting that we "wouldn't f***en leave" charming you moron!! Will never come here again absolutely no shame and rude! Thanks for ruining our Mothers Day dinner!
Called head office today and they were useless! I can see where incompetence and rudeness comes from. Pathetic from the top to the bottom.

Great restaurant ... Awesome food and always go there with friends and family and we spend quite awhile there. Staff are so nice and very approachable. We will keep going back and we always feel happy after we leave, just a wonderful place

I have never been so mistreated by an establishment!
After ordering our food, my husband and I went to look for a baby change room for our little girl, after not being able to locate one, we asked a staff member who told us they do not have one and we would have to go across to McDonalds to use their facilities!
After waiting at McDonalds for 10mins for the change room to become available we eventually asked staff there if they were open, they just replied 'if its locked then someone must be in there.'
We eventually had to take our little girl out to the boot of our car to change her nappy. Luckily and to our surprise it was a false alarm and we did not need to change her.
When I came back in to Lazy Moe's, I approached the manager and asked how long has this establishment been open. To which he replied '11 years'!! I said to him 'In the entire 11 years you never thought once to provide change room facilities for babies, that is really pathetic.' He smugly replied, 'is it?' I did not say anything more to him and went back to our table where our meals were waiting.
After our meals and when we were ready to leave, I picked up Charlotte's toys off the floor and the empty fruit squeeze packet and looked around to make sure that there was nothing else on the floor.
After going to the cashier to pay for our meals with the manager himself, we headed for our car in the car park, to which I was then approached by a waiter who said we had left napkins on the floor.
I was thinking he meant our baby wipes and I said I would come in and get them and started walking back with him to the restaurant, the manager then yelled out the door it had been cleaned up. The waiter then started to explain to me that we need to clean up our table and the floor after a meal for the next customers!
You could imagine my fury at this stage and said 'you have to be kidding! You can't even provide change room facilities and now your telling me I have to clean up after myself. I cleaned up everything off the floor!'
He said 'I am sorry I am just telling you what my manager wanted me to pass on you to you'. I said 'I will speak to your manager myself'.
After going and asking the manager what the problem was, he accused me of leaving a dirty nappy under the table! This was in front of a packed 'Wait to be seated' area!

HOW THE HELL CAN I LEAVE A DIRTY NAPPY WHEN I HAD NO WHERE TO CHANGE HER! AND ANYONE WHO KNOWS ME WOULD CONFIRM I AM NOT AN ANIMAL AND WOULD NEVER DO ANYTHING OF THE SORT!
I hope Head Office for Lazy Moe's has truly had a good long weekend because come Tuesday morning they too will wish they were crucified, because at least they would have a chance of resurrection!

Came here for a family breakfast on boxing day. The sizes are big but the quality is poor. When drinking our water we found a piece of chewed chewing gum in the water. When we complained we were treated rudely. It was a disastrous experience that was sickening and upsetting.

I was not too keen on Lazy Moes. Yes the portion sizes were huge and their was a big variety of food but we were not too happy with the service. Very rushed and not attentive enough. Very average and will not return again. Prices were not too expensive which was good though.

I have only been to this place once and probably wouldn't go back again. They had a large menu, staff were nice but there was such a long wait. It took about 45 minutes for the food to arrive and the tables were not being cleaned quickly so you had to sit next to dirty dishes. Prices were reasonable at about $30 for an adult size main.
