Gus is not only a good tattooist, he provides great customer service both over the phone and in person. He listened to me , gave me an estimate quote and booked in me in at short notice. When I arrives, he turned my rough drawing into a more beautiful script and design, doing it freehand. He checked the stencil placement was to my satisfaction before proceeding as well as his and was fast and accurate. Praised me for 'being a trooper' - I didn't flinch once. The place is clean and well looked after. I'm saving up to go back there to re-ink an old tattoo.... wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was treated very well with respect. I knew I was new to getting tattoos but they were very welcoming and helped my experience. I showed them what I wanted and they obliged. Because it was my first time, the guy (Cory) talked me through it and made sure I was calm and okay. It wasn't as painful an ordeal as I thought it'd be, but had I been a guy who's scared of needles, needless to say that Cory would have been a great guy to have around because he would say all the right things.

Everyone at the studio was friendly and welcoming. I took in my own design which has been recreated perfectly.
Brett (the artist) took the time to explain the colour choices he'd made, some of which enhanced the design. He constantly checked in to make sure I was ok, didn't rush and made me feel comfortable. I recommend LDF without hesitation.

The two people I talked to were Dom and the counter and Gus, who did my tattoo. They were so lovely, very patient, and made me feel so comfortable. Dom is just super sweet, and Gus was awesome and also did an incredible job on my tattoo. I'm so thrilled with the result, it was a great experience and I'm so happy I went to these guys. Would most definitely recommend LDF to anyone asking! Thank you Dom and Gus for everything :)

I felt very confident of the ability of the tattoo artist, Brett, throughout the entire experience. He was lovely to chat with and took a lot of time and care to ensure he was getting it right and that I was happy with what he was going to do. I am incredibly happy with the result!

Another lovely experience with the crew from LDF Tattoo. They are always very professional and friendly. It is definitely one of my favourite places to be. Cory is always professional and he is a very patient person. All of the staff are very flexible and courteous. I can't wait for my touch up and my next experience with the staff and business! I recommend it highly- the expertise, the atmosphere, the staff and the price are all SPOT ON!

Excellent tattooists. I got my second tattoo at LDF 3 weeks ago. Healed nicely but needed a touch up which was free of charge. The tattoo was fairly pricey but large and full colour and they are very professional. The only thing is that if you arrive early or on time you are kept waiting after they initially greet you however they are very thorough so worth waiting!

I have had to get two touch up's on my new tattoo since my original review posted in September 2014. Both touch up's were free, my tattooist Nick was very understanding and it helped that I told him about my cancer treatment last year in case it affected my tattoo. Nick even did some research and made enquires before my second touch up as it is rare to need two touch up's in a three month time frame. My tattoo has alot of block colour, particularly dark blue and was not cheap so initially I was upset about the painful touch up's and additional healing required. As it turns out perhaps I could have waited longer than 2 months after my stem cell transplant before getting the tattoo but everyone's skin and immune system responds differently. Nick said if I needed another touch up he would do it. I'm very impressed by that. I'm on chemo medication again for maintenance so if my tattoo starts to fade quickly again it maybe awhile after I'm off medication before I look at another touch up. Obviously I would prefer not to have another touch up. This is not a fault of LDF Tattoo, it could just be a combination of bad luck with my health and the dye. It's a shame given the cost but in terms of customer service, hygiene and professionalism I'm still very impressed.

I have had several friends rave on about and recommend LDF - jee they had a big reputation to live up to!! And of course LDF delivered. From the initial phone call to make a booking, right up until I walked out all LDF staff were professional, courteous and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

My mother and I went to LDF as first timers and were in to get matching cross tattoos as a joint present for our birthdays.

The lovely Nick looked after our entire process and was fantastic! Mum was really nervous and unsure of the whole process, and Nick did a wonderful job of ensuring mum remained informed and felt comfortable...and when she jumped off the tattoo table she had a massive grin on her face (as did I).

I could not recommend LDF highly enough. They are meticulously clean, customer service driven, friendly and professional in every way. Looking forward to going back for some more work!

After reading endless positive reviews about LDF Tattoo online, i decided that i would my first tattoo done here, and they did not disappoint. Initial booking for my tattoo was easy! especially with the friendly staff. When it came to get my tattoo, my artist Cory was amazing. He was very helpful and i got the exact design that i wanted. He was very very friendly, and i will definitely be going back
